Total prizes of $3500 up for grabs. Conditions apply. Free entry for Club members but participants must register for the event by completing the RSVP form. $40 entry fee for non-members. $10 entry fee for junior non-members (under 16). Become a member and enter the comp for free.

2025 Mangawhai Boating & Fishing Labour Weekend Fishing Competition Rules
All competitors must either be a current Mangawhai Boating & Fishing Club member, or an Adult/Junior non-member with a valid 2025 Labour Weekend Fishing Competition ticket.
Standard IGFA International Angling Rules apply.
All fish must be caught using rod and reel.
This is a length-based measurement competition. Measurements are rounded down to the nearest 0.5cm.
All fish must be photographed (in full) on an official measure mat. Measurements will be from nose to the "v" of the tail.
