About the event
Enjoy two months of big game fishing and friendly competition brought to you by Mangawhai Boating & Fishing Club and our generous local sponsors - Ryder Brothers and Bond Plumbing. The Game Time - Members-Only Game Fishing Event 2026 runs from 1 February to 31 March 2026, giving you a chance to catch and record your biggest Tuna and Marlin during peak season along the East Coast of New Zealand. This is a game fishing competition exclusively for M.B.F.C members. If you're not already a member, you can join before purchasing your event ticket. All boats must fish out of Mangawhai to be eligible for prizes. Tickets are $100 per boat, and can be purchased below.
